Oaken Druid Staff
His favoured weapon, cursed spear Gae Bolg, might be sealed in his Caster manifestation, but it doesn’t stop him from wielding his druid staff as if it was a spear. Also encompassing it with flame, because apparently, he has to compensate lack of his favourite weapon with improvisation and newfound pyromania. [ ✖ ]

VISUAL: Cú's quite tall, with 185cm of height (6'1). Blue hair, with a freaking rapunzel mullet - no seriously his hair reaches his hips in Caster edition. Red eyes with vertical cat-like pupils - a sign of his divine heritage. Physically fit from the years of fighting, and has a spearman figure.
FASHION: No matter the outfit, Caster always wears long, simple silver earrings, and additiona upper-ear cuff. His default outfit is a blue druid garb with golden ornaments and white belts. Underneath he's wearing a black sleeveless top, with golden accents, and fingerless long gloves from the same black fabric, a simple bracer over his left arm. As for footwear, he almost goes barefooted - with greaves for some additional protection, but that's all. When donning modern clothing - as he tries to adapt to the XXI century - is when he gains a kind of disastrous fashion sense: he's very fond of colorful and tacky hawaiian shirts. Fortunately there is an alternative of white shirt-black pants combo. Somehow, for extremaly formal situations he got a suit, someone else must have picked it up for him...
DEMEANOUR: Caster is an easy-going and pretty chill individual, unless in battle, which is when he tends to go all out-- although the current class limits that a litte, as he's aware he's no long as fit for melee bashing head, as he would like to be. At times he might try and play the "Sage of the Forest" druid card, but he's mostly a lazy asshole. Confident, quick to tease and flirt, also a bit of a show-off (a bit, ha ha ha...),
AURAL: Sufficient to say he got a cocky attitude - there is almost always a joking lilt to his voice - and he's generally expressive emotionally. He tends to get noticeably louder if he gets excited - anger usually draws it to a lower growl. As a Caster he tends to sound more subdued though.
OLFACTORY: Herbs, woodsmoke, forest - he does play the druid part after all - aaaand the obligatory tinge of cigarettes. The canon states there is something feral about him. On the other hand, there's a lot of weird Fate official merchandising, including fragrances - his is surprisingly citrus-y - take it as you will.
MENTAL INFORMATION: While he might hide things by omission, he generally wears his emotions on his sleeve, but he's weirdly at peace with a lot of awful things that happened in his life. Generally "living in the moment" type of guy.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Since he's literally a magical abomination, even in seemingly physical form, he is going to feel non-human to those with sensitivity to it. Feel free to identify him as a magical entity or spirit taken form. Basically, he's been dead for a Really Long Time, and got summoned by a weird magical ritual to a limited specialized vessel ie. class.
CLASS SKILLS
- Divinity: B As a Demigod son of Sun God Lugh, Cú has a high Divine Spirit aptitude
- Territory Creation: B Caster-class specific skill. Allows altering of the surrounding lands in favor of their sorcery. That includes defense, traps or even siphoning mana from places of power. In Cú’s case, it’s of course, based on the runes, that can be inscribed even on the air to create an arena favorable to him. It's a rip-off, an imitation of Scáthach's Gate of Skye, but that's a secret, as his mentor wouldn't be happy to learn about that.
- Servant physiology: Even the weakest Servant is far stronger and durable than a regular human is. However, since they’re not physically from this world means that Servant’s physical body is manifested only through the continued use of mana, in normal cases supplied by a magus - Master - the contract is formed with. To conserve mana usage, Servants can turn into spirit form, becoming invisible and intangible.
ABILITIES
- Rune Magecraft A Cú is a skilled user of runic magecraft, that was passed to him during his training with famed warrior-witch Scáthach - but outside from Caster-class manifestation, he does not employ it often, preferring conventional dueling. Scáthach decided to teach him Norse runes Futhark, instead of Celtic Ogham, as their nature of instant effect would suit a young warrior more. It is highly unadvisable for beginner users to use more than one rune at once, but Cú in Caster manifestation has been seen writing multiple runes at once. This means that he’s either that good with them (this skill is ranked A) or just doesn’t give a damn about potential risks (which is also entirely in-character for him). While the runes themselves are pretty versatile with effects ranging from various enhancements, curses, healing, tracking, etc, he prefers the usage of fire-based attacks to torment his enemies.
- Divine protection from arrows A exactly what it says at the tin, and something he was born with. A blessing of his divine father, Lugh. As long as he makes visual contact with the enemy, and it’s not absurd long-range, he can evade, defend - or in the case of Caster’s manifestation case - nullify the projectiles.
- Disengage C is the ability to withdraw from the battlefield in the midst of combat to reset the battle conditions. In FGO as a game mechanic, it's essentially a self-heal and a debuff clear; in meta sense, it's a call back to the times every time he thought of losing he would always rise again and continue to fight.
NOBLE PHANTASM
- Wicker Man, Cage of Scorching, Consuming Flames: Caster Cú might not have access to his cheat one-hit-kill spear Gae Bolg, but what he gets instead, is still a ridiculous monstrosity. Wicker Man is a giant-like structure that rages on, in search of the sacrifice, which it places inside the cage in its torso and then burns down. Interestingly enough, parts of it can be summoned as well. Either for protection, where wood and wicker envelopes Caster, sometimes even forming a statue-like double he can trade place with; or attack, where only an arm manifests, ready to grab the enemy and slam them into the ground
